North Somerset Arts Week returns from Friday 3 to Sunday 12 May and everyone is being encouraged to #followtheflag and find their new favourites.

More than 200 local artists, members of the local North Somerset Arts charity, will be displaying their work across 45 exhibitions.

This year’s event features a treasure trail competition, with a different letter clue at each venue and an anagram to solve at the end.

The winner will receive £150 towards the artwork of their choice from one of the participating artists.

Bonus clues will also be given on the North Somerset Arts Facebook page with lots more behind-the-scenes information about the whole event.

A new Arts Week app has also been developed this year, with an interactive map and information about the artists involved.
