Awards open for promoting sustainable travel

Are you a business which has worked hard to promote sustainable travel this year?

Entries to the annual Travelwest Business Awards are now open to recognise the organisations across the West of England which are making significant contributions to sustainable travel.

Categories include the most improved workplace, best motivational campaign and most innovative sustainable travel measure.

The top accolade of Organisation of the Year will then be picked from the pool of category winners.

The awards ceremony takes place at the Grand Pier in Weston-super-Mare on Thursday 28 November.

The awards ceremony also recognises corporate travel plans which were rewarded through official accreditation.

The Travelwest Travel Plan Accreditation is valid for three years and marks an organisation’s commitment to promote sustainable travel for commuting and business travel. This year applications will need to be submitted by Friday 4 October for recognition at this year’s ceremony.
